Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn beyond trying them on, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their original tags attached.

How to start a return
Sign in to your customer account, open the relevant order and select Return items.
Alternatively, email hello@one-more-reason.com with your order number. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Exchanges
If the size is not right, we’re happy to exchange the item for another size, subject to availability. Please contact us before returning it so that we can reserve the replacement. Return shipping to us is paid by the customer, we cover the delivery costs of sending the replacement item to you. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to show the refund in your account.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us, please return the items within 14 days. You can use Withdraw from Contract in the footer or contact us with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
