Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, including the paper tag provided with the shipment, and in its original packaging. Returns without the original tag will not be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, simply email us at hello@one-more-reason.com or use our contact form, including your order number. We'll take care of the rest and get back to you. 

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items  
Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items are excluded from voluntary returns beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Exchanges  
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired piece.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period  
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason. The item must be returned unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
